Born in Amatitán, Jalisco.
Crafted with estate-grown Blue Weber agave and generations of tradition,
El Ajetreo Blanco captures the true spirit of the Tequila Valley.

In Barranca Tecuane, Amatitán, Jalisco, our grandfather, Don Alberto Partida Melendrez, made tequila the way he knew best with his hands, his agave, and years of hard work.
On land sacred to our family, he planted more than agave. He planted the roots of a story that would one day become El Ajetreo.

Beside him was our grandmother, Doña Amelia González de Partida.
Together, they built a life around family, hard work, and the land they loved. They never knew exactly where their dream would lead but they gave us something worth carrying forward.

As children, we didn't know we were standing in the beginning of our own story.
We simply knew them as our grandparents. We grew up among their agave, their stories, and the example they left behind. Years later, we understood what they had given us.

Today, their grandchildren carry that dream forward through El Ajetreo a tequila created not only to honor where we come from, but to make sure their story continues.
What began in Barranca Tecuane didn't end with them.
It lives on in every bottle.

You’ve read where our story began. Now experience what generations of family, agave, and tradition have become.
From our family in Amatitán to your table, every bottle carries a piece of the story.
MAKE EL AJETREO PART OF YOURS.

It begins in Amatitán, Jalisco, with Blue Weber agave grown by our family and matured for 6–7 years. At peak maturity, each agave is hand-harvested by skilled jimadores, revealing the piña at its heart.

The agave is slowly cooked in stainless steel autoclaves, transforming its natural sugars and developing the deep, cooked-agave character that defines El Ajetreo.

Once cooked, the agave is gently crushed through a roller mill, extracting the sweet juices while preserving the character developed in the fields and during cooking.

The fresh agave juices are fermented with our proprietary house yeast, developing the aromas, flavors, and bright character that distinguish
El Ajetreo Blanco.

Twice distilled in stainless steel stills with copper coils, El Ajetreo is carefully refined for purity while preserving the soul of the agave clean, crisp, and expressive with the authentic character of Amatitán.

It began in Amatitán with our family, our agave, and a dream. Today, El Ajetreo carries that dream forward, honoring those who came before us in every bottle.
